Returns & Cancellations
1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1.1 Policy Overview
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders placed through our global website. All international purchases are considered final sales.
1.2 Exceptions
Returns or exchanges may be considered only in the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a Product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and/or an unboxing video.

Wrong Item Shipped: If we shipped an incorrect Product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (order confirmation + received item details).
In these cases, we will evaluate your claim and determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Approved claims may result in a replacement shipment or refund at our discretion.
2. CANCELLATIONS
2.1 Pre-Dispatch Cancellations
You may cancel your Order before dispatch by submitting a cancellation request through your account on our website or by contacting us at thirdumpire@srt10athleisure.com. Check your Order status under "My Orders" to confirm if your Order has been dispatched.
2.2 Post-Dispatch Orders
Once an Order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Cancelled Orders will be treated as returns in accordance with Section 1 above (and the "no returns" policy applies).
2.3 Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any Order at our discretion by notifying you. In such cases, a full refund will be processed in accordance with Section 3 (Refunds).
3. REFUNDS
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available in the following circumstances:

Cancellation of your Order by us

Approved return claims for damaged, defective, or wrong items (Section 1.2)

As otherwise required by applicable law
3.2 Refund Exclusions
Please note that refunds do not include:

Original international shipping costs

Import duties, customs charges, or taxes paid

Any currency conversion fees or payment gateway charges
3.3 Refund Processing Timeline

For approved returns/claims: Refund will be processed within 15 days of our receipt and inspection of the returned Product.

For cancellations initiated by us: Refund will be processed within 7 days from the date we cancel the Order.

Payment method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 - 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.
3.4 Return Shipping for Approved Claims
If your return claim is approved for a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

We will provide you with a return address and instructions.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to send the Product back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we will notify you of refund approval/status.

Refunds will only be processed after we have received and verified the returned item.
